☀ Responsibilities
NDE Supervisor/Engineer (Location: Hazira)
- Responsible for performing, interpreting, and evaluating NDE methods like PT, MT, RU, UT, VT Etc as per ASME codes.
- Preparing reports/ procedures, and developing advance techniques.
- Oversee daily NDE planning, resource allocation, cost estimation, calibration, documentation, and coordination with stake holders.
- Experience in TOFD, PAUT, Digital/computed radiography is preferable.
Quality Engineer (Location: Hazira)
- Responsible for inspection, and verification of purchased products, casting, forging, and machined components as per quality plans and codes.
- Duties include dimensional/NDT inspection, documentation, NCR handling, supplier audits, customer coordination and vendor evaluation to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
Shop QC Supervisor/Engineer (Location: Hazira)
- Responsible for stage wise inspection of boiler components (header, panel, coils) as per quality plans and codes.
- Duties include material evaluation, heat treatment verification, welding inspection, documentation, NCR handling, supplier audits, TPI coordination, ensure compliance and quality assurance.
Assistant Manager/Manager-QA/QC (Location: Pan India)
- Well versed in inspection and QA of structural component, pressure parts, and electrical & Instrumentation parts.
- Strong expertise in NDT, welding, RCA and compliance with IS/ASME/AWS/IEC standard and statutory codes.
- Experience in vendor development and approval, joint audits with end customers, QP/MQP finalization, inspection planning and quality documentation standardization for projects and bids.
- An effective QA leader and communicator with hands on experience in SAP, QMS, ISO 9001.
☀ Qualifications
- A full time Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-15 years of experience in the relevant field.
