Responsibilities
Piping – Quality Engineer Responsibilities :
The person will be responsible for ensuring that piping systems are designed, fabricated, installed, tested, and commissioned in compliance with applicable codes, standards.
Review and verify Material Test Certificates (MTCs) for pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, and specials.
Monitor piping fabrication activities in workshops and at site.
Conduct visual inspections of piping assemblies and installed systems.
Pressure Testing & Cleaning. Ensure proper flushing, blowing, pickling, passivation, and drying activities.
Identify, report, and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).Ensure close-out of quality issues.
Qualifications
- A full time Diploma or Degree in ITI / Engineering.
- Certificate in Scaffolding Inspector/ Diploma in Scaffolding Inspector
- 5 years and above experience in the relevant field.
