| # Provide effective leadership and supervision to various functional teams vendor employees. # Supervise work in shift and attend customer request / complaints. # Operation & Maintenance of power line, distribution / power transformer, switchgear including VCB, isolator, RMU, MCCB, etc, metering & protection, earthing system and other Network Element. # Attending breakdown, analysis of breakdown and preventive action planning. # Conducting basic test prior to restoration and preventive maintenance. # Ensuring compliance of Safety &Quality by own /vendor employee during work execution. # Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks related to inspection, maintenance & breakdown. # Planning for day-to-day activities in advance and maintained record of work executed Prepare documentation on work processes / SOP, hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA), environmental aspects of the jobs. # Actively participate in TPM, SGA, Suggestion Management, Training etc. |
