| Key Responsibilities |

| 1. Monitor Plant Parameters and coordinate with teams to ensure production targets and process stability. 2. Identify and implement energy-saving, cost-reduction, and process optimization initiatives. 3. Maximize raw material utilization – especially liquid chlorine, Chlorine gas and Hydrogen. 4. Lead total productive maintenance and ISO 9001/14001 practices to reduce lossesand improve quality. 5. Enforce safety protocols, conduct training, and manage emergencies as incident controller. 6. Review and guide team performance, fostering skill growth and operational discipline. |
