| 1. Implement and monitor QC/QA procedures: % of products passing quality checks 2. Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues: Number of issues resolved within SLA 3. Maintain compliance with ISO and other regulatory standards: Audit success rate 4. Train and guide production staff on quality standards: Number of training sessions conducted 5. Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports: Accuracy and timeliness of reports 6. Document system configurations and procedures: Quality and completeness of documentation 7. Willingness to travel and relocate to meet business needs. |
