Responsibilities :
Mechanical Execution ( Piping , Structure , Equipment ) :
- The piping engineers have to take care of designing and developing piping systems that safely and efficiently transport fluids and gases .
- The professionals have to prepare piping layouts, GA drawings, isometrics, and 3D models; selects appropriate piping materials and components; and ensures compliance with applicable codes and standards (such as ASME, API, and ISO).
- They have to be coordinated with the piping stress analysis, design pipe supports, and resolve thermal expansion and vibration issues ..
- The structural engineers have to take care of analysis, design, and detailing of structures.
- They will take the responsibility for designing steel and reinforced concrete structures such as foundations, pipe racks, platforms, buildings, and supports, ensuring stability under dead loads, live loads, wind, seismic, and thermal forces in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
- They have to coordinate with process, piping, structural, and electrical teams, support inspection and expediting activities, and assist during equipment installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure reliable and efficient plant operation.
Qualifications
- A full time Diploma / B. Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
- 5 to 20 years of experience in the relevant field.
