Responsibilities :
Plant Maintenance Engineer/Manager (Location: Mundra, Gujarat)
- Plant Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that industrial equipment, machinery, and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ensure proper installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment
- Minimize breakdowns and production downtime
- Analyze equipment failures and perform root cause analysis
- Recommend upgrades or replacements to improve reliability and efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability)
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and environmental norms
- Implement and enforce lockout–tagout (LOTO) and safe work procedures
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets
- Control maintenance costs without compromising safety or quality
- Provide training and skill development to maintenance staff
EHS-Engineer/ Manager(O&M) (Location : Mundra, Gujarat)
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international EHS laws and standards .
- Prepare for and support regulatory inspections and audits.
- Maintain permits, licenses, and required documentation.
- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and SOPs. Promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with emergency response teams and local authorities.
- Conduct internal EHS audits and site inspections.
- Lead corrective action programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support management reviews and EHS reporting.
- Ensure contractor safety compliance. Support process safety management (PSM) where applicable.
Executive -Store/ware house/customs & logistics (Location: Mundra, Gujarat)
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and finished goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records (GRN, issue slips, stock registers, ERP entries)
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement/production for replenishment
- Handle material issuance to production or dispatch teams
- Coordinate with customs clearing agents (CHA) for timely clearance
- Ensure compliance with customs laws, DGFT rules, and government regulations
- Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and shipping lines
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods
- Track shipments and resolve transit delays or damages
- Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality
- Prepare delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport documentation
Qualifications
- A full time B. Tech or B.E in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumental Engineering.
- 3 to 12 years of experience in the relevant field.
